Join us for a whiskey pairing dinner with DJ Naylor and Reny Alfonso!

Join us for our holiday whiskey pairing dinner hosted by our fearless leader DJ Naylor and head chef Reny Alfonso! With three rare whiskeys carefully selected by DJ, paired with a three-course menu thoughtfully created by Reny, you're sure to have a wonderful evening at the pub.

For anyone with dietary restrictions who is interested in the whiskey + dinner ticket, please reach out to us ahead of time.

Jack Daniels Bonded Tennessee Whiskey 100 proof

It is the Whiskey advocate’s 2022 Whisky of the Year. Jack Daniel’s Bonded was produced in one distilling season, aged for a minimum of 4 years in carefully selected casks.

Blue Note Juke Joint Uncut

Bottled in Memphis, Tennessee by B.R. Distilling, Blue Note Juke Joint is a Kentucky straight bourbon,

It is bottled at barrel proof. Selected 7th best whiskey on Whiskey Advocate’s top 20 list.

We are celebrating this award with Big River distilling and are excited with their participation on the night, BR will have a senior representative present at our tasting dinner to outline BR distilling’s unique history, success and their superb range of current whiskey expressions.

Chattanooga Whiskey Cask 111

The whiskey is distilled from a four-grain mash bill which in addition to yellow corn uses three malted grains: rye malt, caramel malted barley, and honey malted barley. Chattanooga refers to this whiskey as a Tennessee High Malt,

Matured for a minimum of two years in toasted and charred barrels, Cask 111 is bottled at barrel strength and without filtration.
