Described by some as “the Napa Valley of Spain”, Rioja is the home of the country’s most famed red wines, and the seat of “tradicional” winemaking since the 19th century. Since 1890, La Rioja Alta has led the way producing famed Reservas and Grand Reservas for over a century, and the winery is considered a top-3 founding name in the area. They are synonymous with great Rioja wine.

This class will be led by Laura Vadillo, the East Coast Brand Manager for La Rioja Alta.

Registration costs $10, but all attendees will receive a $10 voucher to use at the store on one of the items they tasted on the day of the event. Light snacks will also be served, and attendees will receive some tasting notes on the items they're sampling.
