We are thrilled to offer this opportunity to learn, pair, and take pleasure in some of the most flavorful and distinct gouda cheese Rochester offers! You will be welcomed with a warm bite upon arrival, checked-in to pour from our infamous Wine Stations, and directed to your seat to experience four unbelievable cheese/wine/beer pairings. We will conclude this joyful occasion with Giordano's one of a kind grazing table, included in your ticket cost.

The fun doesn't end there! We are open until 10pm, so please stay awhile! We will have all tastings available for purchase in bulk (cheese) as well as by the bottle (wine).
