Coastal wine regions produce some of the most vibrant and distinctive wines in the world. Influenced by sea breezes, salty air, and moderate temperatures, these wines boast crisp acidity, fresh fruit flavors, and a subtle (sometimes not so subtle) saltiness themselves.
All guests will be seated at a communal table to share the experience. Dinner will consist of four courses and feature six wines.
First course:
