Every month, join us on the Lōrea side patio for an unforgettable oceanfront dining experience featuring a multi-course meal with beverage pairings from our preferred partners, meet and greets with Paséa Hotel & Spa's Executive Chef Scott Rackliff and Lōrea's Chef de Cuisine Stefan Pierce, live music and more.

Join us for our second Taste of the Table Dinner Series on Thursday, August 29, 2024 with Trinitas Cellars, a family-owned winery founded by the Busch Family in Napa Valley. Our August 29th event will feature a four-course wine-paired dinner featuring land and sea dishes, plus tastings from Trinitas, live music and a welcome cocktail.


$150 per person. Pricing is inclusive of gratuity. $14 validated valet parking at an additional price. Pricing is exclusive of tax.

Trinitas Cellars was born in 2002 from the guiding belief of the Busch Family that with family, faith and perseverance, anything is possible. With Trinitas Cellars, the second generation of the family hopes to inspire the same in wine enthusiasts. Meet and mingle with Trinitas representatives Sonyia Grabski and Kasey Hills. Sonyia, General Manger, is known for her innovative approaches in the wine industry with over 18 years of experience in wine sales. Kasey, a certified sommelier, received her Bachelors of Science in Wine & Viticulture from CalPoly San Luis Obispo and now shares her knowledge of wine as Area Director of Sales.
