This event will not be a formal sit-down dinner affair, rather guests can enjoy a lively atmosphere filled with plentiful food and a drink package and ample seating areas.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Complimentary event self-parking is available in the parking garage located below the Pendry Park City. Please see your ticket for further instructions. What's the refund policy?

We apologize, there are no refunds for this event. There is an exception if you may have been exposed or showing symptoms of COVID-19.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, you can pull up your emailed ticket electronically on your mobile device or through the Eventbrite app.

What if there is inclement weather?

We will do our best to run the event as planned. The event will most likely be held, rain or shine. The mountain outdoors can be unpredictable so dress accordingly.
