Supper Club is a collaboration between chefs Jacob Croom of My Friend Fernando and Aimee Wingen & Bryan Wingen of Wingen Bakery & Restaurant.
Working together in restaurants around the Bay Area since 2012, the trio has created Supper Club as a way to continue not only cooking together, but creating a unique dining experience together. Both Wingen and MFF founded new businesses post-pandemic and with the expanded seating at Wingen Bakery - a Supper Club was born.
For several years, Jacob has been working on staying connected with his Mexican heritage through food. Aimee has grown up in an American-Italian household since the age of 5 cooking alongside her Nonna. Together the two use their experience from working in restaurants such as Tartine, Kronnerburger, Alta, Range Life and Homestead to create coursed menus inspired by Mexico, Italy and the best of Northern California’s produce.
Each course at Supper Club includes a wine pairing curated by Bryan Wingen and now our new Beverage Director Jeremy Troupe-Masi. Together, using their extensive hospitality experience, they bridge the gap between chef and diner making the guest feel right at home.
