NCC's Culinary Team is excited to announce the start of Supper Club dinners. These 5 course seasonal tasting menus will be offered quarterly to coincide with the change of seasons. Each dinner will partner with a different local vendor and highlight their ingredients. The first dinner will highlight local produce grown by Blackbird Farms and Franklin Hill will provide wines to accompany each course. These dinners give us a chance to develop relationships with local vendors and show off all the Lehigh Valley has to offer. We look forward to hosting a night of community and great food!
