The Summer Wine Tasting Series concludes with Master of Wine, Clare Tooley. Our focus this month will be the KING.....Cabernet Sauvignon. As always we will blind taste 6 different wines and have in depth discussion about the nuances and the appellations that they originate from.
We will feature wines from Sonoma and Napa Counties and we will throw in a couple curve balls as well. Cheese and Charcuterie will be served and the evening will start off with Grand Cru Champagne!!!
