Join us for a hands-on summer entertaining class featuring charcuterie, cheese pairings, cocktails, and your own take-home board.

Chef Brittany and Chef Dana will guide guests through creating a beautiful personal charcuterie and cheese board using an assortment of meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, crackers, crostinis, jams, and marmalades. You’ll learn how to balance flavors, textures, colors, and pairings for a board that feels polished, seasonal, and perfect for summer entertaining.

Each guest will build their own personal board to enjoy during class or take home to share. A beautiful Cambria board is included and yours to keep.
