When it comes to wine and cheese, France and Italy are usually the first countries people think of for quality and variety. While they certainly deserve their places in the pantheon of global cuisine excellence, there is another spectacular wine and cheese culture that deserves more attention, and it’s a lot closer to home. In fact, it is home! The wines and cheeses of the United States are every bit as complex, superbly made, and (most importantly) delicious as their European counterparts.

Spend an evening getting to know the amazing foods and beverages made by artisanal producers across the USA. From Vermont to California, Wisconsin to Virginia, you’ll sample all sorts of wonderful cheeses and condiments paired with domestic wines in ways that will make you forget all about going “across the pond”!

**We will make every effort to accommodate food allergies and/or dietary restrictions, but, due to the fact that we work with small producers from around the globe, we are unable to guarantee or protect from cross contamination**

$100 In Person

Location: Commonwealth Wine School

Instructor: Adam Centamore
