We had so much fun with our Staff Favorites Walk Around Tastings in the past we thought we would step it up and offer a dinner with our Staff's Picks including our team of knowledgeable Sommeliers, Wine Professionals and, of course Gary! Chef will be pairing the wine picks with his favorite dishes to compliment them! Here is Chef's menu, but you'll have to wait until the Wine Dinner to find out what wines we paired with each dish....and then guess who picked which wine.
We WILL tell you that there will be:
1 - Champagne or Sparkling Wine
1 - White Wine
4 - Red Wines
The first two diners whom guess correctly will dine
