2nd Course

Irish Pea Salad- peas-sweet onions-peppers-irish cheese- herb yogurt-microgreens

 3rd Course 

Smoked Corn Beef- brown butter garlic brussel sprouts- glazed carrots-crispy brussel leaves-jus

4th Course 

Irish soda bread pudding- fresh vanilla bean ice cream-Whisky Drizzle
