Chef Phil Anderson and The Chef's Corner bio:
Chef Phil Anderson has been cooking professionally for more than 40 years. Learning about food is very important to him and it has taken him all over the world. Phil has been Certified by the American Culinary Federation and the World Association of Chefs. His training includes The Culinary Institute of America, New York and Napa Valley, School for American Chef’s, Berringer Vineyards, Napa Valley, UCLA’s Culinary Extension, Rutgers University, USC Extension, and College of the Canyon’s.
