2nd Course - Duck Breast, Parsnip Puree, Grilled Bok Choy, Door County Cherries, paired with Marchesi di Barolo Ruvei Barbara d’ Alba from Italy.
3rd Course - 48 Hour Beef Short Rib, Potato Pave, Fried Asparagus, Gremolata, Port Wine Reduction paired with Juan Gil Red Blend from Jumilla, Spain.
4th Course - Liege Waffle, Pearl Sugar, Berry Preserve, Honey-Vanilla Ice Cream paired with Schmitt Sohne Beerenauslese Riesling from Rheinhessen, Germany.
