- Different spirit categories

- The most popular and typical spirits

- How to properly evaluate spirits

- Understanding core flavors, detecting oddities, and identifying flaws

- Tasting American whiskey

- Demystifying bourbon

- Understanding high-proof alcohol

- American single malt whiskey

- The distinctions between tequila and mezcal, as well as other agave spirits

**Additional Highlights:**

• All attendees will taste spirits valued at over $3,000, including rare and highly sought-after products during the second session (such as W.L. Weller and Eagle Rare 17-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon).  

• Participants will receive a 10-page informative spirits guide, a spirit evaluation cheat sheet, and a Neat ™ professional spirits evaluation glass.
