This special tasting is only happening in January! Special pairing like the Creamy Edam cheese paired with the Queen Sauvignon Blanc, or try the Pico De Queso with the Bee Sting Honey Wine, (you might think its really sweet and spicy, but it is beautifully balanced and sippable) it pairs so well with the cheese, you will love it!

Six special cheeses made in Wisconsin, one of the highest quality cheese producing states due to their very high standards, paired with the specially selected wines that will compliment each other.  

Bishop's also include some special top of the line crackers and pretzels from Stonewall Kitchens. 

Stop in for the tasting any day in the month of January for this special tasting, because once January is gone, so is this special tasting!

Come on the weekend and make a day of it, fun places to enjoy the historic property and farms buildings and areas to explore, food trucks 11am to 8 pm, and live music sessions too.
