*Special Event* Wine Tasting With COPIA Winery In Costa Mesa

Small lot, passionate Paso farmers & winemakers taste us through their high scoring Rhone varietals

Come meet Anita and Varinder Sahi of Copia Vineyards - there's is a tale of a young couple who left successful careers in engineering and journalism to follow their love for wine. 

Passion for wine, people and the land exudes from this couple. The wines are elegant, finessed and a beautiful representation of how Rhone varietals (e.g. Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah) can grow in Paso Robles. Varinder went back to school at UC Davis to earn his winemaking degree and both interned at acclaimed Booker Vineyards with superstar winemaker Eric Jensen.

For this special event they will taste us through: 

- 2019 Copia White, 100% Chardonnay (retail $45)

- 2018 Copia The Story Grenache, 91pt (retail $48)

- 2018 Copia The Cure G-S-M, 93pt (retail $48)

- 2018 Copia The Source Syrah, 95 pt (retail $58)

The $15 fee includes the tasting! Only 35 tickets available for this event.  

There will be discounts on food and drinks from Hall Global Eatery (yes, it's the spot owned by Top Chef alumni and OC's very own Amar Santana).
