No beverage on earth brings to mind a celebration more than sparkling wine. So it’s no wonder that while there are some regions that are well known for producing millions of bottles every year (Champagne, Prosecco, Cava), there is an abundance of others that produce quality sparklers from both traditional and unique grape varietals. In this seminar we are going to taste a unique and compelling lineup that spans 7 countries, learning about the traditions, grapes and production methods used.
