Gambas al Ajillo – Garlic shrimp sautéed in olive oil
with chili and parsley.
Segundo Plato (Soup/Salad)
Sopa de Ajo Castellana – Rustic garlic soup with bread,

Galician Beef with Piquillo & Rioja Jus
Seared beef striploin with Deep Rioja wine reduction
