Join Kim Simone, Spanish Wine Scholar, as she joins forces with the chef instructors at The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts to bring you an evening of Spanish Wine and Tapas! You’ll learn how to prepare a variety of small plates drawn from Spain’s unique and fascinating culinary tradition, rustic Mediterranean palate, and flair for innovation. Items we’ll be preparing will include Saffron Risotto Cakes with Shrimp, Albondigas (Spanish Meatballs), and Crema Catalana, as well as with others. We’ll pair the dishes with six Spanish wines as we cook, taste, and learn together.
