He is teaming up with locally renowned Chef Michael Faltum to create a four course culinary adventure that will take the edge off the chilly midwest weather. With autumn's chill shifting to winter's cold, our pairings will warm your soul with heartier courses and bolder red wines headlining the menu. White wine fans will not be disappointed, as dinner guests will be among the first to try two new white wines. Interested guests can add on a pre-dinner barrel room tasting with our winemaker (only six spaces available).
