Shota Omakase is pleased to announce our final collaboration of 2025 — a distinguished partnership with Kubota Sake Brewery on December 18, 2025.

This one-day-only event will feature an exclusive 20-course Edomae-style omakase, accompanied by an optional sake pairing showcasing nine of Kubota’s most rare and exceptional labels. The selection includes Senshin Junmai Daiginjo, Tokugetsu Junmai Daiginjo, Kubota Manjyu Original Yeast YX Edition, and very limited-edition Tsugu, among other premium offerings.

Each pairing has been meticulously curated to complement the progression of the menu, reflecting the craftsmanship of both Kubota Brewery and our culinary team at Shota.
