It's International Sherry week! Sherry is magical, pairs fantastically with food, and it is clearly so unknown by most of us. 

So join us for a special event where we will explain all about Sherry, learn the history, traditions and culture behind it and taste all different Sherry paired with food!

We will taste: 

• Sherry Manzanilla paired with Tomato Gazpacho
• Sherry Fino paired with Ratatouille in puff pastry
• Sherry Amontilado paired with Pan con Tomate and Spanish anchovies
• Sherry Oloroso paired with Jamaican Oxtail on Polenta
• Sherry Cream paired with Foie Gras 
• Sherry Pedro Ximenez paired with chocolate puff pastry.
