South Coast Winery Resort & Spa celebrates the best of Southern California’s flavors this spring, summer and fall with its new Seasonal Wine Dinner Series. Each distinctive six-course dinner will be designed and prepared by Executive Chef Jonathan Alcala and paired with the winery’s award-winning premiere wines selected by winemakers Jon McPherson and Javier Flores.
These intimate dinners will take place at South Coast Winery’s celebrated The Vineyard Rose Restaurant beginning with the Spring Seasonal Dinner on Friday, March 14, from 6 to 9 p.m. The evening’s menu will feature:
The Summer and Fall Winemaker dinners will be held on Friday, July 11, and Friday, September 19, respectively, from 6 to 9 p.m. at The Vineyard Rose Restaurant. Menus for these dinners will be announced closer to the events to reflect the resort’s commitment to seasonality and sustainability. Each menu will showcase the freshest ingredients sourced from local farmers, ensuring a true celebration of the seasons.
Tickets for the Seasonal Wine Dinner Series are $170 per guest, including gratuity but excluding tax. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
