For ages 18 & up
Pick up tips from our experts as you accent a variety of fresh seafood with the distinctive flavor of Hatch chiles. You'll create crab cakes from scratch; fry the fish for tacos and create a mayonnaise-like sauce spiked with Hatch; roast salmon with a Hatchified-version of olive spread; and bake a flavorful mix of shrimp, cheese and, of course, Hatch chiles.
For ages 18 & up. Participants who are 21 & up will enjoy a glass of wine that complements the dishes.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
