Chef Ronnie Schwandt and Verbena Kitchen General Manager and mixologist Dallas Juanes team up to create an exciting pairing menu in a unique approach to autumn vegetable preparations for a fully vegetarian dinner menu. Each dish is paired with a low ABV spirit and showcase the way wine-based cocktails have evolved dramatically. Both chef + mixologist will showcase and educate guests on how processes like fermentation can play a major role in the flavor profiles of dishes and cocktails, and how this can be applied for a variety of uses.
This multi-course farm to table dining experience set in the welcoming dining room of Verbena Kitchen is a pure showcase of the culture of local, seasonal, and sustainable, and how these cocktails and food pairings are pushing the boundaries of the craft.
