Scribe Winery, a family-owned and operated estate in Sonoma, California, is dedicated to producing terroir-driven wines. Founded in 2007 by brothers Adam and Andrew Mariani, the winery takes its name from the ancient scribes who meticulously copied texts by hand—a reflection of their commitment to craftsmanship. Inspired by the property's rich history as a thriving vineyard in the late 19th century, the Mariani brothers set out to restore its legacy.

With a focus on minimal intervention winemaking and regenerative agriculture, Scribe strives to create wines that truly express the character of their estate vineyards. We are thrilled to welcome Matt Ahern and winemaker Gustavo Sotelo, who will present a diverse selection of Scribe wines, thoughtfully paired with a special early spring menu.
