The end of October brings Samhain—the turning of the year, when the veil between worlds thins. It’s a moment of mystery, transition, and deep connection to the cycles of nature. In this class, we’ll explore biodynamics—an agricultural philosophy that invests in the idea that vineyards thrive when farmed in harmony with lunar rhythms, cosmic forces, and earthly rituals.
We’ll taste biodynamic wines while discussing the practices that shape them, from planting by moon phases to burying cow horns filled with herbs and manure. Whether science, spirituality, or something in between, we'll open a conversation about intention, ancestral agriculture, and respect for natural cycles.
This class invites us to connect with the season–honoring endings, beginnings, and the unseen forces that guide us.
As always, tickets include 3 tasting pours and a 1 hour class. Attendees also receive 10% off in-store purchases following class.
