Arroy Thai and Filipino Restaurant is teaming up with Maverick Wine Company to bring you an exclusive 5-course sake pairing dinner.

1st course - Pork and Shrimp Lumpia deep fried to perfection, served with our house-made sweet and sour sauce, and paired with a signature craft sake cocktail using Onikoroshi "Demon Slayer" sake.

2nd course - Glass Noodle Salad - silver thread noodles, shrimp mixed with house-made sauce, lemon juice, purple onion, cherry tomato, cilantro, and green onion paired with Amabuki Junmai Ginjo Strawberry sake.

3rd course - Chef Adrienne's Stir Fry - Chicken, chinese broccoli, yellow onion, ginger, califlower, red pepper, peapods stir fried in a medley of spices, oyster sauce, and thai soy sauce paired with Kirinzan Classic sake.

4th course - Yellow Curry Catfish - Catfish deep fried and covered in a yellow curry sauce over a bed of Chinese broccoli and pho noodles paired with Housiu "Old Mountain" sake.

5th course - Brown Sugar Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango paired with Miyashita Shuzo Nigori "Sacred Mist" Honjozo sake.
