Come and learn the art of sourdough bread making with Ben and Christie from Rustik Rollz Bakehouse! A husband and wife team, operating out of their home as a cottage kitchen. They will go over making a dough ball, feeding a starter, stretch and folds, proofing timelines, inclusions, shaping methods, banneton use and care, as well as baking methods. Class participants will go home with a jar of starter, a silicone banneton, a lame, recipes, a link to an amazon list with all of your sourdough needs, and a dough ball!
