The Tomahawk Tuesdays for Two menu features:
Grilled Watermelon Salad with arugula and balsamic gastrique featuring cotija, tomato, cucumber, radish and toasted pistachios
Pecan Wood Grilled Tomahawk Ribeye Chop for Two with grilled summer asparagus and lemon emulsion, candied pancetta parmesan and herbed gremolata
Two Summer Strawberry and Dark Chocolate Cheesecakes with macerated berries and chocolate shards
