The Rusconi’s family is raising a glass to Dad this Father’s Day with an exclusive three-course menu that includes one glass of chef’s choice of red or white wine, beer or any non-alcoholic beverage. Rusconi’s prix fixe menu includes one selection from each course as listed below:
Starter Course, choice of one:
Roasted Crimini Mushroom Soup with white truffle espuma
Tomato and Burrata Salad with basil sorbet, marinated cucumbers, grape tomatoes, shallots and frisée
Entrée Course, choice of one:
New School “Surf and Turf” featuring grilled beef tenderloin and prawns, green chili grits, agave carrots, piquillo tapenade and goat cheese crema
Really Slow Cooked Pork Shank Osso Bucco with summer cherry and orange glaze, crispy potato cake, and prickly pear braised red cabbage
Dessert Course, choice of one:
The Pick Me Up — A milk bottle of mascarpone cream, espresso sponge cake, cocoa and white chocolate
Caramelized Peach and Strawberry Creme Brûlée
Cost is $59 per person, plus tax and gratuity. This Father’s Day menu is available from Friday, June 16 through Sunday, June 18. Reservations can be made by calling 480-483-0009 or via rusconiskitchen.com.
