A citywide festival in Portland, Oregon featuring pop-up dinners, parties, panels and hands-on experiences highlighting women in food & drink culture. Founded in 2019, Roux is for the food-obsessed, cocktail enthusiast, culinary curious and the avid restaurant goer. Each year there is something new, inclusive and wildly fun.
