Join Shaw’s Crab House and Ridge Vineyards for a five-course wine dinner on Wednesday, May 25. Concept Wine Director Kevin Bratt of Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab and Executive Chef Arnulfo Tellez of Shaw’s Crab House, are bringing their talents together for a seasonal experience paired alongside Ridge Vineyards Wines. Dinner will be guided by guest speaker, Michael Bairdsmith, Assistant Winemaker of Ridge Vineyards.
The dinner is $125 per person plus tax (gratuity not included). The experience will start at 6:30PM with a passed drinks & appetizer reception with dinner following promptly at 7:00PM. Dinner will be hosted in the Rowe Room at Shaw’s Crab House Chicago.
