We are excited to welcome Giuseppe Pedroni to NYC for a special collaboration dinner with Pedroni, in which Chef Stefano will offer a 5 course menu of traditional Emiliana dishes, each highlighting Pedroni's outstanding aceti. At Rezdôra, we often discuss the holy trinity of ingredients at the heart of Emiliana cuisine: Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, and Aceto Balsamico di Modena.
