• Seared Albacore Tostada: Avocado, Japanese dressing, Sriracha aioli 
• Roasted Brussels Sprouts: Korean chili, citrus, peanuts
• Pork Cheek Adobo: Garlic fried rice, chimichurri
• Cavatappi Alla Vodka: Tomato basil cream sauce, chili, parmesan cheese
• Tropical Panna Cotta: Coconut Panna Cotta, passion fruit, tropical fruit, macadamia nuts
