You are invited to spend an elegant evening on a culinary journey at Raleigh Brewing at the Arboretum in Cary!

The menu will feature both Raleigh Brewing core beers and rare exclusive beers paired with 6 delectable courses. Each course will be presented by Chef Greg Stow and Raleigh Brewing Head Brewer Matt John in gastronomic delight.

This year's event will be at Raleigh Brewing Company at the Arboretum in Cary, located at 2036 Renaissance Park Place.

The taproom opens at 5:30. Dinner will be served at 6 pm. One ticket per person, no shared plates. No substitutions. All guests must be 21+, please bring a valid ID.

1st Course: Pair of oysters with Hell Yes Ma'am Belgian Golden (4oz.)

2nd Course: Two crostini topped with a horseradish dill sauce paired with Moravian Rhapsody Czech Pilsner (8oz.)

3rd Course: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup paired with Winner Wit Beer (8oz.)

4th Course: Smoked salmon salad paired with Western Blvd. West Coast IPA (8oz.)

5th Course: Shepard's pie filled with beef, peas, and carrots, and topped with mashed potatoes paired with Blatherskite Scottish Ale (8oz.)

6th Course: Cheesecake with berry compote paired with Passion Project with Plums Sour (8oz.)
