Join us for a special evening celebrating the magical pairing of truffles and wine. On December 1st, Emanuele Baldi will present the wines of Prunotto. Emanuel is a native of Piedmont, and has worked closely with Prunotto Winemaker Gianluca Torrengo since 2001. He will guide us through an array of 8 wines including multiple offerings of their world famous Barolos.
This special five course dinner prepared by Chef Chad Johnson will highlight fresh black and white truffles in every course. There is a brief window of time each year where both white and black truffles are at their peak, this dinner will highlight that time with stunning wines to pair.
