On August 14th, preshift is popping off with two limited seating, intimate dinners at OSTUDIO'S 12-seater chef's kitchen in collaboration with cooking duo DUBH.

First seating at 5 pm. Second seating at 8 pm. Each seating will be roughly 2 hours long.

The food? Four fire courses by DUBH (Ciaran Bohan and June Hagin) who'll be whipping up a cuisine that takes its cues from the Black diaspora - with a focus on the Caribbean & North America.

The wine? Curated by preshift (Julianny Gomez and Dante Clark) who'll be doing what they usually do: ransacking a restaurant as guest sommeliers with some of the hottest natural wine in the streets.

Ticket Sponsorship Program

We want to ensure that anyone that wants to attend this event has a chance to do so, regardless of their socioeconomic situation. If you want to attend but can't afford the price of a ticket, fill out this Sponsorship Application form. Sponsorships will be granted on a first-come, first-come basis and we are prioritizing BIPOC and queer candidates. You will be notified via email and text message and will have 24 hours to confirm your ticket before someone else on the list is granted the ticket.

Can't attend the event but want to support those that can? Buy a sponsor ticket upon check out. Your sponsor ticket will be given to folks that complete the Sponsorship Application form linked above.

Accessibility Note

OSTUDIO is an accessible space. There is a separate entrance with a ramp that leads directly into the chef's kitchen. The bathroom is accessible by leaving OSTUDIO via the ramp, entering OSTUDIO via the cafe next door, and then heading towards the rear of the cafe to access the bathroom. Please make sure to list any and all accessibility needs you may have in the questionnaire on the order form when purchasing your ticket.

We can accommodate a vegetarian diet but NOT a vegan diet. Please make sure to list any and all allergies you may have in the questionnaire on the order form when purchasing your ticket.

Refund Policy

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE because we are purchasing food and wine ahead of time based on ticket purchases. Only a small number of seats are available so even one cancellation can affect the flow of the evening. If you can no longer attend, you can transfer a ticket to a friend or one of our sponsorship recipients. Just email us at preshiftnyc@gmail.com with your friend's full name, email, and phone number so we can start the transfer process, or let us know if you're willing to donate your ticket to one of our sponsor recipients.
