Miguel Champalimaud took charge of the wine production at Quinta do Côtto in 1976, and under his management the Quinta Wine concept was established over the last 30 years to the point where it is now central to Portuguese enology and winemaking.
At this wine dinner, the unique wine selection will be made The Yeatman's Head Sommelier, Elisabete Fernandes together with the wine producer and the tasting menu will be carefully created by our two Michelin starred Chef, Ricardo Costa.
Dinner starts with a Welcome Cocktail at Dick's Bar, at 8pm, and at 9pm dinner will be served in events room with panoramic views.
Due to limited places, pre-payment is required to confirm your reservation at the wine dinner. Tables are shared between 8-10 people.
