In partnership with the Portland Cheese Course, Erath is hosting a unique series of Wine and Cheese events. Each session will focus on pairing 4 distinct cheeses paired with 4 Erath wines.
In this session, we will explore the delights of Spanish cheeses. The sheer variety of Spanish cheese is a result of the significant geographic and climatic diversity of the country, so there is a lot to explore and taste. We will learn about the region's hallmark cheeses and sample them alongside Erath wines.
