Champagne Collet 2012 Brut Esprit Couture $120.00 bottle

A rare assemblage of 11 Premier and Grand Crus selected in 2012. 60% Chardonnay from Grands Crus villages like Avize, Chouilly and Cramant contributes to the freshness, the tonicity and the elegance of the Esprit Couture. Vinification and ageing of the Chardonnay in champenois oak barrels allowed their aromas of brioche to develop fully. 40% Pinot Noir brings structure, softness and tenderness to the wine through iconic Grands Crus such as Aÿ, Mailly- Champagne or Verzy.

Buoncristiani 2019 Chardonnay Napa Valley $50.00 bottle

Wine Advocate 91 Rating

The 2019 Chardonnay prances out of the glass with showy notes of lemon curd, green guava and pear tart plus suggestions of marzipan, powdered ginger and baking bread. Medium-bodied, the palate is elegant and refreshing, featuring soft-spoken citrus and stone fruit flavors and a satiny texture, finishing long and savory.

La Cadeau 2020 Pinot Noir Willamette Valley $45.00 bottle

Boasting wonderful concentration, this tastes of ripe cherry, raspberry, exotic spices, and just a whiff of smoke (from oak, not smoke taint). Juicy and plush on the palate, this possesses great acidity and fine tannin that suggests this will drink well now and over the next 10 years.

The Dude 2020 Red Blend Napa Valley $30.00 bottle

The Grapes were handpicked and optically sorted over multiple picking days. After a 5-day cold soak, and 22 day fermentation with extended skin contact the wine was moved into 100% French oak, 65% new oak exclusivity from Seguin Moreau Cooperage. The 2019 The Dude is a stunning expression of the Napa Valley growing region. The 2019 is a blend of multiple growing locations, including hillside, Howell Mountain, Calistoga, Carneros and Pritchard Hill. Starting off bright and opulent with dark fruit notes of dark cherry and blueberry compote and hints of baking spice, cedar, violet and crushed stone. This wine is rich with beautiful structure, balance and sweet polished tannins.

Buoncristiani 2017 O.P.C. Proprietary Red Napa Valley $70.00 bottle

Jeb Dunnuck 93 Rating

The 2017 Red Blend O.P.C. checks in as a blend of 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Syrah, 20% Malbec, 12% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot brought up in 60% new French oak. It has a complex, nuanced style in its mulled plums, black tea, peppery herbs, and orange blossom aroma and flavors. Medium to full-bodied, rich and beautifully textured on the palate, with ripe, mouthcoating tannins, it’s another terrific 2017 from this team that will evolve for a solid 10-15 years, that is, if you can keep your hands off bottles.

Canard 2018 Throwback Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley $ 75.00 bottle

This is where the similarities to Bordeaux really shine. With the Estate Cabernet Sauvignon as the base of this “Left Bank” styled wine, the addition of Merlot and Cabernet Franc create layers of complexities, adding more mouthfeel (one of the great characteristics of Merlot) and perfume of violets and rose petals to the nose (thanks to Cabernet Franc). This wine shows great backbone and structure with hints of black & red fruit, plum, sage and cedar. The fine-grained tannins will give this wine years in the cellar but it is already drinking beautifully upon release.
