Wine Educator and Local Vintner Shriti Plimpton will give you a rare, ‘one-time-only’ peek behind the harvest as she teaches you the wine-making process from the ground up...as well as the basics of wine and wine-tasting. You'll sample wines including fresh-pressed grape juice, mid-fermentation wines and fully matured varietals. There is no better way to build an understanding of wines than to understand how it's made and Shriti is the right person to teach you. She is a wealth of knowledge Your perspective on wines from here on will be taken to a whole new level.
