Chef Marty Fay from Sandpiper Wood Fired Grill & Oysters will show off his talents during a collaborative Playing with Fire dinner with The Lodge at Torrey Pines’ venerable Executive Chef Kelli Crosson. Hosted on The Grill’s patio overlooking the Torrey Pines Golf Course, every event includes selections of various proteins and seasonal sides cooked over a wood-burning fire. Guests will also enjoy pours from this event's featured local brewery Pure Project Brewing.
A portion of the event's proceeds benefits PADI AWARE Foundation, a nonprofit with a mission to ‘Drive local action for global ocean conservation’ that is carried out through citizen science, public policy, and community grants.
