WHY OUR PIZZA IS DIFFERENT
Unlike traditional pizza doughs made with dry yeast, Jan's pizza dough is made with a sourdough starter. This creates a dough with a wonderful "tang" and a distinct chew, making her pizza crust more complex and interesting.
Jan's pizza dough is a labor of love. It takes a few days before our event to make the perfect base for the toppings. We think you will taste--and appreciate--the difference.
