Instructors: David Nowacki, Founder of Le Bouchon Imports
Time and time again, we find ourselves drawn back to Piedmont for the area's unique terroir and winemaking traditions. Nestled in the northwest of Italy, Piedmont benefits from a diverse landscape of rolling hills and varied microclimates, which create ideal conditions for growing a range of grape varieties. The region’s flagship varieties, Barolo and Barbaresco, made from Nebbiolo grapes, are celebrated for their deep flavors, robust tannins, and impressive aging potential.
Join us on Tuesday, October 1st alongside David Nowacki from Le Bouchon Imports. Le Bouchon Imports began with a vision to bring true expressions of Italy’s terroir and regions to Pennsylvania by importing the wines of a small group of family-owned, traditional Italian producers.
As Le Bouchon has grown in size, David remains committed to drinking and sharing wines that are true to their provenance, reflective of the land from which they come, and summations of the heritage and traditions that shaped how they were made. He only works with producers who respect nature by farming organically or biodynamically.
Anyone who signs up is in for an evening filled with delectable Italian treats! Come with an open mind and belly. We can promise that you won’t be disappointed. As always tasty Tria snacks will be served and we encourage you to join us for Tria's Happier Hour, from 4 to 6 pm before class!
Bottles will be available for sale after the class.
