On Saturday, May 15, brunch, bacon and bourbon loving diners are in for a treat at Phoenix City Grille! From 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., the restaurant hosts an exclusive four-course menu that highlights this trifecta of deliciousness.
The event begins with a welcome cocktail — a Bourbon Espresso Martini featuring Woodinville Small Batch, Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur, Baily’s Irish Cream and Woodinville Bourbon Barrel-aged Maple Syrup — and the courses are as follows:
First Course — House Spice Cured Pork Belly with apple and celery root hash, peach bourbon preserve, cured egg and charred Mediterra Bakehouse cranberry pecan toast point featuring Woodford Reserve Very Fine Rare Bourbon
Second Course — Heritage Red Fife Pancakes with bourbon bananas foster, spiced walnuts, candied Pork Shop bacon, Chantilly cream and Woodinville Bourbon Barrel-aged Maple Syrup featuring Old Forester 150thAnniversary Small Batch #2
Third Course — Eggs Benedict with speck two ways, asparagus, basil hollandaise, Wolferman English Muffin and apple bourbon gastrique featuring Woodford Reserve Batchproof 2021
Fourth Course — “Gordon Ramsey Ain’t Got Nothing On Us” Sticky Bourbon Toffee Pudding with Arizona spiced pecans, applewood bacon and canela whipped cream featuring Michter’s Rye Barrel Proof
