We will have four Chefs, three arriving from Peru joining our Executive Chef Michael Ciuffardi in creating a Peruvian Fusion 6 Course Masterpiece for your delight! Each Chef will create one dish personally and come together for the last two dishes.

This is one event that happens once a year and one that you won't want to miss! We're not stopping at the food, we have a great cocktail menu to compliment to add to the Peruvian Fusion. This event will be donating a percentage of the profits to La Fundación de Santa Maria en Peru, they help feed hundreds of families daily and offer academic reinforcements to the kids and parents within their community. We will be giving a percentage of every ticket sold and a percentage of profits from the bar sales to help continue the work of La Fundación de Santa Maria.

Each ticket is $59.99 it does not include tax or gratuity, that will be added once you arrive to limit your fees. Each dinner reservation is for 2 hours and you will be able to meet every Chef that is taking part in this culinary experience.

Seating for the event starts at 5PM and ends at 9:30PM, we will have a limited menu available for anyone that is not dining the Chef Dinner, and the bar will be open until 11PM or later.
