Wine and chocolate—name a better duo! Concannon Vineyard and Bluebirds Chocolates are teaming up for an evening of Perfect Pairings, where we’ll explore how these two favorites bring out the best in each other.
Your experience begins with a welcome glass of our newest Sparkling wine, followed by a guided tasting with five estate-grown wines paired with five handcrafted, custom-made artisan chocolates.
Leading the journey are Concannon Winemaker, Brett Fikse, and local chocolatier, Larissa Milano, owner of Bluebirds Chocolates. Together, they’ll share how unique flavor combinations elevate both wine and chocolate in unexpected and delicious ways.
This casual yet educational workshop is the perfect chance to discover new favorites to enjoy and share during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Plus, you’ll enjoy event-only savings of up to 40% on select wines—just in time to stock up for the holidays.
